Welcome to the Maximizer CRM Administration Tour
This tour will give you a quick overview of the Maximizer Administrator and the most common uses.
Administer Users
Create and remove users easily, modify their access rights and assign users to groups and teams.
To open the Administrator module, go to the menu on the bottom left under Administration.
Customize your CRM:Custom Fields
Create custom fields that are tailored for your business. Different types are available depending on the information being captured.

Make sure certain information is always captured.
Customize your CRM:Key Fields
Display the most important information front and center in each customer record.
You can setup multiple lists of key fields, each list tailored to different usage scenarios in your daily routine.
Bring in your Data
Customer data from your existing applications such as Outlook, other emails and lists can be imported easily into Maximizer.
Global Edit
Modify multiple records of data all at once using the Global Edit feature. Found in Web Access under the Edit menu.
