Previously, if a MaxExchange Server was behind a firewall and the firewall doesn't support the TIME synchronization

This issue occurred whether the Remote was synchronizing its clock with the server or not. This issue has been
resolved.

- Members of Security Group Disappear After Synchronization: When users were added to a security group and synchronized to a MaxExchange Remote, the group would be truncated at the ninetieth user. This was caused by a data length issue and occurred only when the length of the group name record exceeded 1080 characters.
- COUNT field incorrect or syntax error: Certain transactions would cause a "COUNT field incorrect or syntax error" to be written to the MaxExchange SPDMlog.txt file. This error was benign and is no longer written to the SPDMLog.txt file.
